Wolfbait & B-girls
"Wolfbait" is an old-timely term for young women who moved to the city looking for success;
"B-girls" is what they became, presumably after a brush or two with the city's underbelly.
The name suits this Logan Square boutique and their wide-eyed, edgy apparel. Owners Shirley
Novak and Jenny Stadler spotlight not only their own fashion lines, but that of over 50 local
labels as well, giving young artists a place to sell their stuff and shoppers an affordable
place to go.
As of July 2008, select SceneryApparel shirts are available to purchase at Wolfbait & B-girls

Society of Typographic Arts — Chicago

Walrus
We’re from the city of Chicago and we wouldn’t have it any other
way. The original Walrus was formed in 2004, but there have been some ch-ch-changes.
This summer we’re going to be heading out around the midwest, playing
our little hearts out. Watch for our album coming out in June, 2007.
